About the game

A living arena where every decision changes your shape.

MicroJelly is an original real-time browser game built around growth, pursuit, positioning, and survival inside a circular microscopic arena.

Public multiplayer

Players enter the least-full public dish automatically. Computer-controlled cells keep each arena active while human players join and leave.

Trained opponents

The computer-controlled cells use a trained movement model designed for the circular arena. They hunt, flee, split, navigate walls, and react to other cells.

Fresh rounds

Public dishes reset every hour. Everyone receives a fresh cell and mutation progress starts over, keeping established players from controlling a room indefinitely.

Solo play

Solo mode runs in the browser and offers the same basic growth, splitting, viruses, proteins, and mutation systems without joining a public room.

How the arena works

Every player begins at minimum mass. Food increases mass, smaller cells can be consumed, and larger cells become both powerful and slower. Splitting creates speed and reach at the cost of dividing your mass. Viruses can fragment large cells, while proteins and DNA provide temporary abilities and round-specific mutations.

Fair play

MicroJelly uses human verification and server-side game rules to reduce automated abuse. There are no purchased gameplay advantages. Advertising, if introduced later, will be kept at natural breaks such as the period after a cell is consumed.
