What to include

For technical problems, include the browser you used, what you were doing when the problem appeared, and the exact message shown on screen. Do not include passwords, verification tokens, IP addresses, or other sensitive information.

Common requests

Gameplay problem: explain the behavior you expected and what happened instead.
Player-name concern: include the displayed name and approximate time.
Privacy request: describe the browser data or interaction involved. MicroJelly does not currently provide player accounts.
Advertising concern: include the page and approximate time, but do not click an ad again to reproduce a problem.
