By using MicroJelly, you agree to use the game fairly and responsibly.

Using the service

You may use MicroJelly for personal entertainment. Public matchmaking is shared with other players and may be changed, interrupted, reset, or unavailable as the service is maintained.

Player conduct

Do not use names that are abusive, unlawful, impersonating, or that reveal another person’s private information. Do not interfere with the service, bypass security or rate limits, automate gameplay, exploit bugs, flood connections, or attempt to access systems or data that are not intended for you.

Fair play

Cheating, unauthorized automation, deliberate disruption, and attempts to manipulate rankings or advertising activity are prohibited. Access may be limited or blocked to protect players and the service.

Advertising

MicroJelly may display advertising at natural breaks in gameplay in the future. Advertising will not guarantee wins or provide transferable rewards. Never click an advertisement merely to support the game; interact only when you are interested in the advertised offer.

Ownership

The MicroJelly name, visual design, game systems, site text, and original software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party services and advertisements remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability and responsibility

The service is provided as available without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect losses arising from service interruptions, gameplay results, third-party links, or advertisements.

Age and changes

If you are not old enough to agree to these terms where you live, use the service only with a parent or guardian. These terms may change as the game develops. Continued use after updated terms are published means you accept the revised terms.
